Delivery
Our delivery times are approximately 4-6 working days, however they may vary depending on the busy times (sales, private sales, promotions).
France :
Delivery is ensured by Colissimo, delivery against signature or without signature.
Abroad :
Delivery is ensured by Colissimo partners depending on the country, delivered against signature.

***In the event of delivery outside mainland France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier at the customer's expense.

We inform you that shipping costs are set according to the weight and volume of the package.

It is not possible to have it delivered to a Petit Pan store at the moment.
If you have not received a delivery notice and the deadline has passed, we invite you to contact our customer service by email at hello@petitpan.com, don't panic, we will find a solution.
Return & Refund
You have 15 working days after receiving your order (date indicated on your tracking) to make your return request.
Please note that Braderie products cannot be returned and items cut to order (printed cotton and coated cotton) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

For returns from countries outside the European Union:
The customs declaration enclosed with the package must state that it is a customer return and the reason for the return. We recommend using the carrier that handled your first delivery and ensuring that no charges are applicable upon receipt of the package. If there are charges upon receipt of the package, the package will be systematically refused.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Any item without a tag, incomplete, worn, damaged or stained will not be accepted.
During the Sale period, no returns are possible, except in the case of a size exchange (see section: "Is it possible to exchange an item").
We accept all returns except for our cut-to-order fabrics (printed cottons and coated cottons that are cut to order are neither exchangeable nor refundable) and our discounted products during Clearance Sales and Flash Sales except in the case of size exchanges.
Petit Pan gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used (once or several times) on the website www.petitpan.com and in our stores. They are non-refundable.
If your order is returned to us, the reshipping costs will be your responsibility and must be paid before the package is sent.

After receipt and validation of the returned items, the refund is made within 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email at that time.
Please note that during periods of private sales, sales or the day after a collection is put online, this deadline can be extended up to 15 working days.
Once the transfer has been made, the time it takes to arrive in your account varies depending on the banking establishment.
If an item is missing from your order, it will be automatically refunded.
We do not do standard exchanges, except for ready-to-wear when it comes to a size change.
Returned items will be refunded within 10 working days of receipt of the package*.
For another model or another color, simply reorder on the site. If you order the same model in a new size, the delivery costs for this new purchase will be refunded upon simple request to hello@petitpan.com , mentioning the two order references concerned.
* During promotional periods , this period may be extended up to 15 working days.
Delivery costs in case of exchange:
They are offered when the product has a defect, if the product is missing from your order or an item was put in the package by mistake.
For any order made on the eshop, the return is made exclusively on the site. We invite you to follow the returns procedure indicated in “How to make a return?”.
All returns after the deadline (15 days), without a label or presenting items sent in poor condition are likely to be refused.
Orders presenting charges to be paid upon receipt of the package will be systematically refused.
We pay the greatest attention to the quality of our products.
If, however, despite the numerous quality checks carried out, a defect is to be reported, we invite you to report this problem, within 3 working days, to the address hello@petitpan.com , attaching photos of the problem encountered on your article.
