When will I be delivered and what are the delivery costs?

Our delivery times are approximately 4-6 working days, however they may vary depending on the busy times (sales, private sales, promotions).

France :

Delivery is ensured by Colissimo, delivery against signature or without signature.

Abroad :

Delivery is ensured by Colissimo partners depending on the country, delivered against signature.

***In the event of delivery outside mainland France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier at the customer's expense.

How to track my order ?

When your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you including your Colissimo tracking number.

Is it possible to have it delivered to the store?

It is not possible to have it delivered to a Petit Pan store at the moment.

Return & Refund

How to make a return?

You have 15 working days after receipt of your order (date indicated on your tracking) to make your return request.

Returns are free for mainland France. Please contact customer service to receive your prepaid label by email, to stick on your package.

All of our promotional products cannot be returned.

FOR ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS, returns are the responsibility of the customer.

For returns from countries outside the European Union:

The customs declaration attached to the package must mention that it is a customer return as well as the reason for the return. We advise you to use the carrier who ensured your first delivery and to ensure that no charges are applicable upon receipt of the package. In the event of charges upon receipt of the package, the package will be systematically refused.

What are the return conditions?

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Any item without a label, incomplete, worn, damaged or stained will not be returned.

During promotional periods no returns are possible, except in the case of a size exchange (see section: "Is it possible to exchange an item").

We accept all returns with the exception of our cut fabrics (printed cotton and coated cotton) and our products discounted during all promotional periods and commercial operations except in the case of size exchange.

I have changed my mind, can I modify my return request?

Please note that, for France, if you have already used your Colissimo label, Petit Pan only takes care of the return once.

You will have to return the item(s) to be added on your own.

What is the repayment period?

After receipt and validation of the returned items, the refund is made within 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email at that time.

Please note that during periods of private sales, sales or the day after a collection is put online, this deadline can be extended up to 15 working days.

Once the transfer has been made, the time it takes to arrive in your account varies depending on the banking establishment.

If an item is missing from your order, it will be automatically refunded.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

We do not do standard exchanges, except for ready-to-wear when it comes to a size change.

Returned items will be refunded within 10 working days of receipt of the package*.

For another model or another color, simply reorder on the site. If you order the same model in a new size, the delivery costs for this new purchase will be refunded upon simple request to hello@petitpan.com , mentioning the two order references concerned.

* During promotional periods , this period may be extended up to 15 working days.

Delivery costs in case of exchange:

They are offered when the product has a defect, if the product is missing from your order or an item was put in the package by mistake.

Is it possible to make my return in store?

For any order made on the eshop, the return is made exclusively on the site. We invite you to follow the returns procedure indicated in “How to make a return?”.

For what reasons can a return be refused?

All returns after the deadline (15 days), without a label or presenting items sent in poor condition are likely to be refused.

Orders presenting charges to be paid upon receipt of the package will be systematically refused.

What should I do if there is a problem with my item?

We pay the greatest attention to the quality of our products.

If, however, despite the numerous quality checks carried out, a defect is to be reported, we invite you to report this problem, within 3 working days, to the address hello@petitpan.com , attaching photos of the problem encountered on your article.
